Bradley Cooper & Robert De Niro Go Back Many Years

Oscar Nominee Bradley Cooper, has been nominated for best actor starring in Silver Linings Playbook, where he co-stars with fellow Oscar nominee Robert De Niro. Many will remember that Cooper and De Niro previously starred together in the 2011 drama Limitless. Their history goes even further back to when Cooper was a student at the Actors Studio in New York, dying to ask De Niro a question. But it doesn’t stop there either– Cooper auditioned with the help of his mother for a De Niro movie years later.

Check out the The Silver Linings Playbook which is nominated for eight Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Actress and Supporting Actress. See if they win when the 85th Academy Awards airs Sunday, February 24th on ABC.
