Telfer, a cameraman for Warner Bros. whose career spanned more than 40 years. The Margaret Herrick Library (http://www.oscars.org/library/index.html) is home to the James D. Telfer papers. On November 22, the Academy will screen « John F. Kennedy, Years of Lightning, Day of Drums » (1964), written, directed and scored by Bruce Herschensohn, produced by George Stevens Jr., and narrated by Gregory Peck.
