SAG-AFTRA Foundation Presents Patron of the Artists Awards 2018

On November 8, 2018, the SAG-AFTRA Foundation will present the 3rd Annual Patron of the Artists Awards. The event celebrates three leaders in the entertainment industry – studio heads, producers, directors and others – who have played major roles in supporting and nurturing the careers of actors, broadcasters and recording artists. The event also recognizes an actor and a recording artist who have used their artistic platforms to promote philanthropic causes and do social good.

Previous Patron of the Artists Award recipients include Judd Apatow, Kathryn Bigelow, Lee Daniels, Megan Ellison, Rob Marshall and Ted Sarandos. Previous Actors Inspiration Award recipients Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet, and Recording Artists Inspiration Award recipient Lionel Richie.
