Casting directors Charlotte Arnoux (‘Interloper’), Joanna Davis (‘Olive’), Kimberly Graham (‘Revelation’) and Adrienne Stern (‘The Worst Best Man Ever’) discuss the process of casting short films, working with filmmakers and the difference between short and feature length films, moderated by Becca Guskin.
The SAG-AFTRA Foundation Short Film Showcase recognizes excellent short films and other shortform content made by and/or starring SAG-AFTRA members and inspires SAG-AFTRA members to create their own content, providing them with a toolkit and the requisite knowledge to get started as content creators. This was filmed at the Robin Williams Center on June 25, 2025.
The Business panels provide multiple viewpoints from directors, producers, writers, agents, managers, casting directors and industry experts on a wide range of topics. Through this program, actors receive first-hand tips and strategies from established creators and leading professionals who know how to navigate the complex landscape of the entertainment industry.
The views expressed in the presentation materials and films, and by the guests and moderators are solely those of the organization and/or individual providing them and do not reflect the opinions of the SAG-AFTRA Foundation, its staff or Board of Directors.
