Bette Davis presents the Oscar® for Writing (Screenplay — based on material from another medium) to Horton Foote for “To Kill a Mockingbird,” and the Oscar® for Writing (Story and Screenplay — written directly for the screen) to Ennio de Concini, Alfredo Giannetti and Pietro Germi for “Divorce–Italian Style” at the 35th Academy Awards in 1963.
