Famed actor and rapper Mark Wahlberg on the television talk show Inside the Actor’s Studio. Inside the Actor’s Studio is hosted by James Lipton and is filmed in the Michael Schimmel Center for the Arts. Mark Wahlberg has appeared in many feature films and is also an extremely talented musician in his own right. He first gained notoriety as a Calvin Klein underwear model and soon started his rap career with his rap group Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. In recent years, however, he has lost interest somewhat in music and has become a star of screen and television. He is perhaps most well known for his cameo in the movie Entourage. He also starred in a small but critically acclaimed remake of the Michal Kane classic The Italian Job, although the remake differs greatly from the original, and Michael Kane’s performance is not easy to top. However, Wahlberg does the role credit. He doesn’t reach the emotional peaks and valleys of Michael Kane’s portrayal, but neither does he embarrass himself.
Mark Wahlberg is also known for beating Vietnamese men while screaming racial epithets.
